My First Pop-Up Market: The Viaura Gioe Experience at the Hometown Vendor Market

Participating in the Hometown Vendor Market at Peachtree Mall in Columbus, during the weekend of November 22–23, 2025, was one of the most meaningful experiences in my journey with V.I.AURA JEWELRY.
It was more than an event it was a challenge, a milestone, and a powerful moment of growth for both myself and my brand.

Two Intense Weeks of Preparation

Preparing for this pop-up market taught me one essential lesson:
👉 A pop-up market isn’t something you show up to. It’s something you build.

Between:
• designing my booth,
• printing cards, flyers, and banners,
• organizing inventory,
• creating exclusive discounts,
• planning my layout and visual identity…

…I realized how much work goes into making a brand come alive in a physical space.
Every detail matters.

An Unforgettable Human Experience

This first market allowed me to meet amazing people curious customers, inspiring women, warm families, and even other business owners who shared their encouragement and advice.

I made great sales, but beyond the numbers, I gained:
• visibility,
• confidence,
• and a powerful sense of belonging in this world of small businesses.

I was also blessed to be surrounded by people who truly support me. Their presence, motivation, and help throughout the weekend gave me strength and reminded me why I do this.

LET'S TALK REAL!

Exclusive Discounts and Limited Pieces

For this event, I created:
• discounts never offered on my website,
• limited edition pieces,
• special offers available only at the Pop-Up Market.

My goal was simple:
👉 to offer a unique, warm, meaningful experience that reflects the heart of V.I.AURA JEWELRY.

The Challenges Nobody Sees

Behind a beautiful booth, there is always:
• stress,
• last-minute issues,
• lack of sleep,
• physical exhaustion,
• and a lot of pressure.

But every challenge reminded me of my purpose:
❤ To create, to connect, and to share the love and emotion that gave birth to V.I.AURA JEWELRY.

What This Experience Taught Me

If you are preparing for your own pop-up market, here’s what I want you to know:

1. Prepare Early

Research:
• the organizer,
• the rules,
• the location,
• the logistics,
• other vendors’ experiences.

2. Be Original

Your booth should reflect your brand identity.
Don’t copy get inspired and then create your own aesthetic.
Originality always stands out.

3. Don’t Put Too Much Pressure on Yourself

Yes, sales matter.
Yes, visibility matters.
But the most important thing is your brand image.

Someone who doesn’t buy today might follow you, recommend you, or come back later.

4. Prepare Your Marketing Materials

Business cards, QR codes, flyers, banners
Small items make a huge difference in how people remember your brand.

5. Your Presence and Energy Matter Most

People buy experience, connection, and story.
And that’s something only you can deliver.

A Beginning That Promises Much More

This first pop-up market was the beginning of a new chapter for Viaura Gioe.
I feel proud, grateful, and even more motivated for what comes next.
